This support for organisational development will help strengthen Yojoa’s internal structure and consolidate the quality of its services.
The Geneva-based association Yojoa, whose activities have been supported by the Audemars Piguet Foundation for Common Good since January 2024, has been granted additional funding dedicated to organisational development (OD). This contribution follows an assessment carried out in spring 2024, aimed at supporting the organisation’s growth and the diversification of its services.
The OD action plan, defined on the basis of this assessment, includes:
- Coaching for the Yojoa team provided by a specialist consultant.
- Individual continuing training.
- Collective training sessions focused on workplace culture.
This support will enable Yojoa to address the challenges arising from its rapid growth, in a context marked by the expansion of its programmes to new audiences and regions. It will also help strengthen its internal structure and consolidate the quality of its services.
