Since 2023, the Audemars Piguet Foundation for Common Good has been supporting the "Je découvre les métiers manuels" (Discovering manual trades) programme run by the De l’or dans les mains association. The NGO has grown rapidly in recent years and is continuing to expand. In order to professionalise its approach and consolidate its structure and strategy, De l’or dans les mains is seeking to decentralise some of its activities and give more responsibility to its regional representatives, particularly when it comes to fundraising, management and budget monitoring.

The restructuring of its finance department is a cornerstone of this development. This follows a financial analysis of the organisation, previously supported by the Audemars Piguet Foundation for Common Good.

The aim of this project is to implement the recommendations of this review, under the guidance of an expert in the financial management of charitable organisations. Its objectives are as follows:

- Structuring the organisation’s finance department.

- Monitoring the accounts and finance for the 2025/2026 financial year.

- Training the entire team in the organisation’s new financial tools.

- Recruiting and training an in-house financial manager.

Thanks to this project, De l’or dans les mains will be able to implement the tools and processes it needs to strengthen its financial management, in close collaboration with its team. This consolidation will enable it to maintain its momentum, while continuing to expand in the best possible conditions.
