Jasmine Audemars is the great-granddaughter of Jules Louis Audemars, co-founder of Audemars Piguet. With a degree in social sciences and economic history, she began her career as a journalist, rising to become Editor-in-Chief of Le Journal de Genève, which would subsequently become Le Temps. Jasmine chaired the Audemars Piguet Board of Directors for 30 years, taking over from her father, Jacques-Louis Audemars. Since 2022, she has been focusing all her energy on philanthropy, particularly in her role as Chair of the Audemars Piguet Foundations.
Lynda Mansson worked for WWF International for over 10 years, before being appointed Director General of the MAVA Foundation, which granted over a billion Swiss francs in donations under her management. Lynda Mansson is a certified and accredited leadership coach. In 2020, she founded LeaderLy, the company she runs today. She is also a member of several Foundation Boards and an advisory expert for the Cartier for Nature fund and the Sky Blue Leadership programme.
Nicolas Burgener is a lawyer, a certified tax expert, and a certified administrator from INSEAD. He began his career at Audemars Piguet in Switzerland in 2006 before joining the Group’s North American subsidiary. In 2010, he was appointed Group Chief Legal Officer, Secretary to the Board of Directors of Audemars Piguet Holding SA, and a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. In January 2023, he was promoted to the position of Secretary General Board Affairs & Chief Governance Officer. In parallel, Nicolas Burgener also sits on several Foundation Boards and Boards of Directors.
With a PhD in law and as a lawyer, Anne Héritier Lachat has occupied various positions in the legal field. She has notably served as a judge and professor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Geneva (banking and finance law). Anne Héritier Lachat has also been a member of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission (SFBC) and the Board of Directors at FINMA, where she became the first female Chair in 2011. From 2018 to January 2024, she was the first female Chair of Geneva Hospice Général’s Board of Directors. Anne Héritier Lachat also currently sits on the Board of the Assura Foundation.
